摘要
鄂西北新胜水厂,原水取自上游鸳鸯池水库,厂区位于水库和供水区域中间,是典型山区水厂.结合该水厂厂址选择、净水工艺、构筑物设计、厂平布置等对山区水厂设计要点进行了明确.该水厂特点如下:优化选址实现了从水源点-水厂-龙头的全流程无动力加压的完全重力式供水;依山就势分三级合理布置厂内构(建)筑物,超高挡墙与厂区道路结构设计相结合;水厂前端设置稳压井部分构筑物进行优化改进;混凝沉淀池一层设置兼具观赏性的原水生态检测池;水厂建筑风格与与周围环境相融合;稳压井侧壁设计专用消防管道通至厂区各消火栓,满足消防需求.项目目前已安全顺利运行1年多,所有出厂水水质指标均符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2022)以及《城市供水水质标准》(CJ/T 206-2005).
The Xinsheng Water Plant in northwestern Hubei province takes its raw water from the upstream Yuanyangchi Reservoir.The plant area is located between the reservoir and the water supply area,and is a typical mountainous water plant.The key design points of the mountainous water plant have been clarified based on the selection of the plant site,water purification process,structure design,and plant layout.The characteristics of this water plant are as follows:the optimized site selection has achieved a full process of unpowered and pressurized full gravity water supply from the water source point to the water plant to the faucet;Reasonably arrange the internal structures(buildings)of the factory in three levels according to the mountain situation,and combine the design of ultra-high retaining walls with the road structure of the factory area;Optimize and improve the structure of the pressure regulating well at the front end of the water plant;The first floor of the coagulation sedimentation tank is equipped with an ornamental raw water ecological detection tank;The architectural style of the water plant is integrated with the surrounding environment;The side wall of the pressure stabilizing well is designed with dedicated fire pipelines connected to various fire hydrants in the factory area to meet fire protection needs.The project has been running safely and smoothly for over a year now,and all testing indicators comply with the national Standards for drinking water quality(GB 5749-2022)and Water quality standards for urban water supply(CJ/T 206-2005).
