Objective To analyze the effects of precise exercise guidance supported by cardiopulmonary exercise test on blood lipids,BMI and exercise level of obese patients. Methods A total of 82 obese patients who underwent rehabilitation treatment in the Rehabilitation Medicine Center,Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were used as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group(n=41)and the study group(n=41).The control group was treated with conventional exercise and medication according to their condition, while the study group was treated with precise exercise guidance intervention supported by cardiopulmonary exercise test, and the blood lipids,BMI and exercise levels of the two groups were compared. Results Before exercise, there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of LDL-C,HDL-C,TG,TC,BMI,anaerobic threshold oxygen uptake per kilogram(VO_(2)@AT/kg),and peak oxygen uptake per kilogram(Peak VO_(2)/kg)between the two groups of obese patients(all P>0.05).After 12 weeks of exercise,LDL-C,TG,TC,and BMI of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and HDL-C,VO_(2)@AT/kg,and Peak VO_(2)/kg were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Adopting precise exercise guidance supported by cardiopulmonary exercise test can improve BMI and lipid levels and exercise level in obese patients.
