全程绿色通道结合医疗(120)急救系统在急性心肌梗死中的应用价值

Application Value of Full Green Channel Combined with Medical (120) First Aid System in Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的分析全程绿色通道结合医疗(120)急救系统在急性心肌梗死中的应用价值。方法随机将2022年1月至12我院185例急性心肌梗死患者分为两组,对比常规急性心肌梗死急诊和全程绿色通道结合医疗(120)急救系统的急救效果。结果观察组急诊分诊时间、检验时间、入院至手术时间、急诊室停留时间、总抢救时间及住院时间均比对照组短(P<0.05);两组患者入院时LVEF、LVEDd、LVESd指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组3个月后LVEF、LVEDd、LVESd均比对照组优(P<0.05);两组患者入院时HAMD、HAMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组入院后HAMD、HAMA评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死应用全程绿色通道结合医疗(120)急救系统可缩短患者救治时间,快速改善患者心功能,降低患者并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the application value of full green channel combined with medical(120)emergency system in acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 185 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was compared with conventional acute myocardial infarction emergency treatment,and the observation group was compared with the whole green channel combined medical(120)emergency treatment system.Results The triage time,examination time,time from admission to operation,stay time in the emergency room,total rescue time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LVEF,LVEDd and LVESd indexes between the two groups at admission(P>0.05),and LVEF,LVEDd and LVESd indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group after 3 months(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of HAMD and HAMA between the two groups at admission(P>0.05),and the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after admission(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 6.45%in the observation group and 25.00%in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of full green channel combined with medical(120)emergency system for acute myocardial infarction can shorten the treatment time,rapidly improve the cardiac function of patients,reduce the incidence of complications.
