电子生物反馈治疗在门诊产后妇女盆底功能康复中的价值研究

The Value of Electronic Biofeedback Therapy in the Rehabilitation of Pelvic Floor Function in Postpartum Women

目的分析产后妇女盆底功能康复中应用电子生物反馈治疗的临床效果。方法选择2022年1月至12月漳州市龙海区东园卫生院门诊收入的产后妇女盆底功能障碍患者50例进行回顾性分析,均开展电子生物反馈治疗,就患者康复效果进行组间比较。结果50例门诊盆底功能障碍患者经电子生物反馈治疗后,36例患者症状有明显改善,治疗有效率为72.0%;治疗后患者盆底肌相关指标、PMUC、PVLP指标及生活质量各项评分均高于治疗前,且1HPrV指标低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论在门诊产后妇女盆底功能康复中应用电子生物反馈治疗,其可有利于改善临床症状,促进盆底肌功能恢复,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of electronic biofeedback therapy in the pelvic floor function rehabilitation of postpartum women.Methods A total of 50 cases of postpartum women with pelvic floor dysfunction from January to December 2022 were selected for retrospective analysis,and all of them were treated with electronic biofeedback therapy,and the rehabilitation effect of the patients was compared between groups.Results After electronic biofeedback therapy,the symptoms of 36 cases of 50 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were significantly improved,and the effective rate was 72.0%.After treatment,pelvic floor muscle related indexes,PMUC,PVLP indexes and quality of life scores of patients were higher than before treatment,and 1HPrV indexes were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of electronic biofeedback therapy in the rehabilitation of pelvic floor function in outpatient postpartum women can improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function,and improve the quality of life.
