延续性护理对慢性左心衰竭患者的影响

Impact of Extended Care on Patients with Chronic Left Heart Failure

目的分析延续性护理对慢性左心衰竭患者的影响。方法该研究对象为2022年1月至2022年12月到辽宁省金秋医院诊治的慢性左心衰竭患者70例,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(常规护理,共35例)与研究组(延续性护理,共35例)。对比两组的心脏功能、血流动力学指标、自护能力、生活质量、用药依从性。结果在左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)方面,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在心排血量、心脏指数及每搏输出量方面,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在生活质量评分与自护能力评分方面,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在服药依从率方面,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性左心衰患者实施延续性护理的干预效果显著,有利于促进心脏功能康复,调节血流动力学状态,提升自护能力与生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuity of care on patients with chronic left heart failure.Methods The study was conducted on patients with chronic left heart failure who presented to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and a total of 70 subjects were enrolled and grouped using random number expression into a control group(routine care,35 cases)and a study group(continuity of care,35 cases).The cardiac function,hemodynamic indices,self-care ability,quality of life,and medication adherence were compared between the two groups.Results The study group was better than the control group in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic internal diameter(LVESD)(P<0.05).In terms of cardiac output,cardiac index and output per beat,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life score and self-care ability score,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of medication adherence rate,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with chronic left heart failure,the implementation of the intervention of continuous care is effective,which is conducive to promoting cardiac function recovery,regulating hemodynamic status,and improving self-care ability and quality of life,and can be further promoted in clinical practice.
