营养性缺铁性贫血患儿针对性护理干预的效果

Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention in Children with Nutritional Iron-deficiency Anemia

目的探讨对营养性缺铁性贫血患儿给予针对性护理干预后获得的临床效果。方法选取厦门市思明区梧村街道社区卫生服务中心2022年1月至12月收治的162例门诊营养性缺铁性贫血患儿作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法作为护理研究分组依据,其中施以常规基础护理干预的患儿设为对照组(n=81),施以针对性护理干预的患儿设为研究组(n=81);对比两组患儿身体状况评分(睡眠方面评分、饮食方面评分、运动方面评分)、各项检查指标(铁蛋白、血清铁以及血红蛋白)、生活质量评分(躯体方面、心理方面以及生活方面)、家长知识掌握度评分以及满意度评分。结果护理前,就两组患者的各身体状况评分指标展开比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,与对照组睡眠方面评分、饮食方面评分、运动方面评分对比,研究组提高程度明显(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的各项检查指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,与对照组铁蛋白、血清铁以及血红蛋白水平对比,研究组提高程度明显(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的生活质量评定结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,与对照组躯体方面、心理方面以及生活方面评分对比,研究组提高程度明显(P<0.05);与对照组满意度以及患儿家长知识掌握度评分结果进行对比,研究组提高程度明显(P<0.05)。结论针对营养性缺铁性贫血患儿给予针对性护理干预,可明显改善患儿的身体状况以及各项指标,提升患儿家属知识掌握度、满意度以及患儿生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention on children with nutritional iron-deficiency anemia.Methods A total of 162 outpatients with nutritional iron-deficiency anemia from January to December 2022 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The coin toss method was used as the basis for nursing research grouping,and all nutritional Iron-deficiency anemia children were divided into different groups.The group receiving routine basic nursing intervention was set as the reference group(n=81),Set up a research group with targeted nursing interventions(n=81).The physical condition score(sleep score,diet score,exercise score),various inspection indicators(ferritin,serum iron and hemoglobin),quality of life score(physical,psychological and life),parents'knowledge mastery score and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the physical condition scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).However,after nursing,compared with the reference group's sleep score,diet score,and exercise score,the study group showed a significant improvement(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the various examination indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).But after nursing,compared with the level of ferritin,serum iron and hemoglobin in the reference group,the study group improved significantly(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life assessment results between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).However,after nursing care,compared with the reference group's physical,psychological,and daily life scores,the research group showed a significant improvement(P<0.05).Compared with the satisfaction score of the reference group and the knowledge mastery score of the parents of the patients,the research group showed a significant improvement(P<0.05).Conclusions Reasonable targeted nursing intervention for children with nutritional iron-deficiency anemia can play a significant role in improving their physical conditions and various indicators,significantly improve the knowledge mastery,satisfaction,and quality of life of the patient's family members.
