人性化护理在糖尿病肾病患者护理中的实施效果

Effect of Humanistic Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Diabetes Nephropathy

目的分析在糖尿病肾病患者中实施人性化护理的效果。方法纳入2020年2月至2022年2月102例因糖尿病肾病在厦门大学附属中山医院肾内科接受治疗的患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(常规化护理)、观察组(人性化护理)各51例。记录两组血糖指标、肾功能指标变化情况,评价两组患者的生活质量,统计两组患者的并发症情况,并调查两组患者的护理满意度。结果组间对比血糖指标,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白数据明显更优,P<0.05;组间对比肾功能指标检测指标,观察组尿素氮、血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白数据明显更优,P<0.05;组间对比生活质量评分,观察组心理健康、情感角色、社会功能、躯体疼痛、一般健康、活力、身体功能、躯体职能明显更高,P<0.05;组间对比并发症情况,观察组并发症发生率更低,P<0.05;组间对比护理满意度,观察组护理满意度更高,P<0.05。结论在糖尿病肾病患者中开展人性化护理可有效控制血糖,改善其肾脏功能与生活质量,降低并发症发生风险,促进临床服务水平的提升。

Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic nursing in patients with diabetes nephropathy.Methods In this paper,102 patients with diabetes nephropathy who received treatment in the Department of Nephrology,Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from February 2020 to February 2022 were enrolled,they were divided into two equal groups according to the random number table.They were respectively named as the control group(routine nursing),51 patients were included in the study group(humanistic nursing),and 51 patients were included in the study group(humanistic nursing).During this period,record the detection of blood glucose and renal function indicators in each group,evaluate the quality of life of patients,count complications,and investigate nursing satisfaction.Results Comparing blood glucose indicators between groups,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin data of the observation group were significantly better,P<0.05.Comparison of renal function indexes between groups,the data of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and urine microalbumin were significantly better,P<0.05.Compared with the quality of life scores between groups,the mental health,emotional role,social function,physical pain,general health,vitality,physical function and physical function of the observation group were significantly higher compared with the quality of life scores between the groups,P<0.05.The incidence of complications was the lowest in the observation group compared between groups,P<0.05.Comparison of nursing satisfaction between groups showed that the observation group had the highest value,P<0.05.Conclusions Humanized nursing in patients with diabetes nephropathy can effectively control blood sugar,improve their renal function and quality of life,reduce the risk of complications,and promote the improvement of clinical service level.
