优质护理在小儿病毒性心肌炎中的应用效果及家属满意度观察

The Effect of Quality Nursing Care in Pediatric Viral Myocarditis and Family Satisfaction

目的探讨优质护理在小儿病毒性心肌炎护理中的应用效果及家属满意度。方法纳入2019年3月至2021年3月三明市第二医院住院治疗的110例病毒性心肌炎患儿,随机分为两组,参照组55例患儿实施常规护理,病例组55例患儿实施优质护理,比较两组并发症发生率、家属满意度、心肌炎缓解效果、护理结果以及心理行为异常发生率。结果病例组并发症发生率低于参照组(1.82%vs.12.73%,P=0.028)。病例组家属满意度高于参照组(96.36%vs.81.82%,P=0.014)。病例组心肌炎缓解有效率高于参照组(98.18%vs.85.45%,P=0.015)。病例组患者接受护理之后的心电图恢复时间较参照组更快[(9.22±2.54)d vs.(13.25±3.52)d],住院时间较参照组更短[(10.41±2.05)d vs.(14.23±2.64)d],生活质量评分较参照组更高[(92.53±2.43)分vs.(84.25±3.44)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。病例组心理行为异常发生率低于参照组(5.45%vs.18.18%,P=0.039)。结论优质护理在小儿病毒性心肌中的应用效果较好,家属满意度高。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality nursing in pediatric viral myocarditis care and family satisfaction.Methods A total of 110 cases of children with viral myocarditis hospitalized in the Second Hospital of Sanming City from March 2019 to March 2021 were included and randomly divided into two groups,55 cases of children in the reference group implemented routine care,55 cases of children in the case group implemented quality care,comparing the incidence of complications,family satisfaction,the effect of myocarditis remission,the outcome of care,and the incidence of psychological and behavioral abnormalities in the two groups.Results The complication rate of the case group was lower than that of the reference group(1.82%vs.12.73%,P=0.028).Family satisfaction of the case group was higher than that of the reference group(96.36%vs.81.82%,P=0.014).The effective rate of myocarditis remission in the case group was higher than that in the reference group(98.18%vs.85.45%,P=0.015).Patients in the case group had a faster ECG recovery time after receiving care than the reference group[(9.22±2.54)d vs.(13.25±3.52)d],a shorter hospitalization time than the reference group[(10.41±2.05)d vs.(14.23±2.64)d],and higher quality of life scores than the reference group[(92.53±2.43)points vs.(84.25±3.44)points],and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.001).The incidence of psychological behavioral abnormalities in the case group was lower than that in the reference group(5.45%vs.18.18%,P=0.039).Conclusions The application of quality care in pediatric viral cardiomyopathy is more effective,and family satisfaction is high.
