系统康复护理干预在小儿重症肺炎合并心力衰竭中的应用效果

Effect of Systematic Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Children with Severe Pneumonia complicated with Heart Failure

目的分析系统康复护理干预在小儿重症肺炎合并心力衰竭中的应用效果。方法选取厦门大学附属第一医院收治的84例重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患者;就诊时间:2022年1月至2023年1月。按1∶1的原则将其随机分为对照组、观察组两组,分别应用常规护理、系统康复护理;在连续护理至出院结束当天(住院均≥1周)。对两组患儿恢复情况予以比较:临床症状缓解时间、住院时间、心功能、血气分析指标及患儿家长的护理满意度评分。结果经护理干预后,观察组患儿的相关症状(高热、憋喘、肺啰音、心力衰竭)改善时间及整体住院时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组的心率、左心室射血分数、心功能分级以及PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)的改善情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长对本次护理进行满意程度评价高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论系统康复护理干预能够缩短重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿的病程,改善其心功能和血气分析指标,显著提升患儿家长的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention in severe pneumonia combined with heart failure in children.Methods The 84 cases of severe pneumonia with heart failure were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from:January 2022 to January 2023.Randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of 1:1,and apply routine nursing and systematic rehabilitation nursing respectively,from continuous care until the end of discharge(hospitalization≥1 week),the recovery status of the two groups of children was compared:clinical symptom relief time,hospitalization time,cardiac function,blood gas analysis indicators,and nursing satisfaction scores of the parents of the children.Results After nursing intervention,the improvement time of related symptoms(high fever,wheezing,lung rales,heart failure)and overall hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The observation group showed better improvement in heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac function grading,and PaO_(2),SaO_(2),and PaCO_(2)compared to the control group(all P<0.05).After the parents of the observation group evaluated the satisfaction level of this nursing care,the evaluation value was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention can shorten the course of severe pneumonia combined with heart failure in children,improve their cardiac function and blood gas analysis indicators,and significantly enhance the nursing satisfaction of parents of children.
