CBL联合PBL教学法应用于临床药学本科教学中的价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨案例教学法(CBL)联合问题导向教学法(PBL)应用于临床药学本科教学中的效果。方法将2021年1~12月、2022年1~12月在医院参加临床药学实习的两批临床药学专业本科实习生各30名分别设为对照组、研究组,对照组应用传统教学法,研究组应用CBL联合PBL教学法,对于两组学习态度评分、考核成绩、教学满意度进行比较。结果在学习兴趣、学习积极性、学习主动性,研究组各项评分均比对照组更高(P<0.05)。对比于对照组,研究组实习生的理论知识和临床案例用药实践技能考核成绩均更高(P<0.05)。研究组实习生的教学满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在临床药学专业本科实习带教中,CBL与PBL两种教学法联合应用可调整实习生对于药学知识的学习态度,有利于提高实习生对于药学理论知识和临床案例用药实践技能的掌握度,使其对实习带教工作更加满意。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of case based learning(CBL)combined with problem based learning(PBL)in clinical pharmacy undergraduate teaching.Methods Two batches of clinical pharmacy undergraduate interns who participated in clinical pharmacy internships in hospitals from January to December 2021 and from January to December 2022 were set into the control group and the research group,each consisting had 30 individuals.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the research group used CBL combined with PBL teaching methods.The scores of learning attitudes,scores of assessment and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of learning interest,learning motivation and learning initiative,the research group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the interns in the research group achieved higher scores in the assessment of theoretical knowledge and clinical case medication practice skills(P<0.05).Regarding teaching satisfaction,the satisfaction of interns in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the undergraduate internship teaching of clinical pharmacy,the combination of CBL and PBL teaching methods can adjust interns'learning attitude towards pharmaceutical knowledge,which is beneficial for improving their mastery of pharmaceutical theoretical knowledge and clinical case medication practical skills,and making them more satisfied with internship teaching work.
