导管射频消融术治疗房颤的效果分析

Effect analysis of atrial fibrillation treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation

目的分析导管射频消融术治疗心房颤动(房颤,AF)的临床效果。方法144例AF患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组72例。对照组接受常规药物治疗,实验组采用导管射频消融术治疗。比较两组窦性心律维持率、心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左心房内径(LAD)、纽约心功能分级(NYHA分级)]及再住院率。结果实验组窦性心律维持率51.39%高于对照组的9.72%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组LVEF(57.12±2.36)%、LVEDd(55.74±3.24)mm、LAD(39.18±4.36)mm及NYHA分级(1.60±0.55)级均优于对照组的(44.54±4.57)%、(60.45±4.18)mm、(43.45±6.08)mm、(2.45±0.61)级,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组再住院率15.28%低于对照组的31.94%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导管射频消融术治疗AF的临床效果显著,不仅可提高窦性心律维持率,还可改善心功能,降低再住院率,建议在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of atrial fibrillation(AF)treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation.Methods A total of 144 AF patients were studied and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random numerical table,with 72 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the experimental group was treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation.Both groups were compared in terms of maintenance rate of sinus rhythm,cardiac function indicators[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left atrial diameter(LAD),New York Heart Association(NYHA)grading],and readmission rate.Results The maintenance rate of sinus rhythm in the experimental group was 51.39%,which was higher than that of 9.72%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had LVEF of(57.12±2.36)%,LVEDd of(55.74±3.24)mm,LAD of(39.18±4.36)mm and NYHA grading of(1.60±0.55)grades,which were superior to those of(44.54±4.57)%,(60.45±4.18)mm,(43.45±6.08)mm and(2.45±0.61)grades in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The re-hospitalization rate of the experimental group was 15.28%,which was lower than that of 31.94%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The radiofrequency catheter ablation is effective in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.It can not only improve the maintenance rate of sinus rhythm,but also improve cardiac function and reduce the rehospitalization rate.It is suggested to be popularized in clinic.
