缬沙坦与贝那普利治疗原发性高血压的效果比较

摘要 目的比较缬沙坦与贝那普利治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法78例原发性高血压患者,采用随机双盲法分为观察组与参照组,每组39例。观察组患者采用缬沙坦治疗,参照组患者采用贝那普利治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、血压控制情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者收缩压与舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者收缩压与舒张压均低于治疗前,且观察组收缩压(135.28±5.17)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)与舒张压(83.22±5.71)mm Hg均低于参照组的(142.29±5.66)、(89.35±5.29)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.44%,显著高于参照组的74.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率7.69%与参照组的12.82%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床效果优于贝那普利,且未见严重不良反应,可作为临床治疗的首选药物。 Objective To compare the effect of valsartan and benazepril in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods A total of 78 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and reference group by double-blind method,with 39 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with valsartan,and the reference group was treated with benazepril.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure control and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the systolic blood pressure of(135.28±5.17)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure of(83.22±5.71)mm Hg in the observation group were lower than those of(142.29±5.66)and(89.35±5.29)mm Hg in the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%,which was significantly higher than that of 74.36%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.69%,and the difference was not statistically significant from that of 12.82%in reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of valsartan in the treatment of essential hypertension is better than benazepril,and there is no serious adverse reaction.It can be used as the first choice in clinical treatment.
