滴虫性阴道炎应用替硝唑栓联合定君生治疗的临床效果评价

Evaluation on clinical effect of tinidazole suppository combined with Dingjunsheng in the treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis

目的探讨替硝唑联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊(商品名:定君生)治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床效果。方法50例滴虫性阴道炎患者,采取红蓝球抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组患者应用定君生治疗,观察组患者应用替硝唑联合定君生治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后炎性因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)]水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的64.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者IL-8、IL-13分别为(11.51±2.22)μg/L、(5.16±0.57)pg/ml,低于对照组的(18.93±2.41)μg/L、(8.53±0.76)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者IL-2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的32.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单用定君生相比,滴虫性阴道炎采用替硝唑联合定君生治疗的临床效果更加显著,且不良反应少,可有效减轻患者炎性反应,值得在临床积极推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of tinidazole suppository combined with live lactobacillus capsule for vaginal use(trade name:Dingjunsheng)in the treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis.Methods A total of 50 patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis were divided into control group and observation group by red and blue ball lottery method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dingjunsheng,and the observation group was treated with tinidazole and Dingjunsheng.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-13(IL-13)]before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of 64.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-8 and IL-13 in the observation group were(11.51±2.22)μg/L and(5.16±0.57)pg/ml,which were lower than those of(18.93±2.41)μg/L and(8.53±0.76)pg/ml in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in IL-2 level between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than that of 32.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Dingjunsheng alone,tinidazole combined with Dingjunsheng in the treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis has more significant clinical effect and less adverse reactions,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of patients,and is worthy of active promotion in clinical practice.
