四君子汤治疗脾胃气虚型胃溃疡合并失眠的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Sijunzi Decoction in treating spleen-stomach qi deficiency type of gastric ulcer complicated with insomnia

目的观察四君子汤治疗脾胃气虚型胃溃疡合并失眠患者的临床疗效。方法50例脾胃气虚型胃溃疡合并失眠患者,根据入院顺序分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组患者接受常规西药治疗,研究组患者在常规西药基础上应用四君子汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后睡眠质量评分。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率96.0%明显高于对照组的76.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者睡眠质量评分为(5.41±2.78)分,对照组为(9.14±2.57)分。研究组患者的睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脾胃气虚型胃溃疡合并失眠患者应用四君子汤治疗的疗效确切,能够显著改善患者的失眠症状,应该给予大力的推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sijunzi Decoction in treating spleen-stomach qi deficiency type of gastric ulcer complicated with insomnia.Methods A total of 50 patients with spleenstomach qi deficiency type of gastric ulcer and insomnia were divided into the control group and the study group according to the order of admission,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and patients in the study group were treated with Sijunzi Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and sleep quality score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 96.0%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 76.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality score was(5.41±2.78)points in the study group and(9.14±2.57)points in the control group;the sleep quality score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of spleen-stomach qi deficiency type of gastric ulcer with insomnia is definite,and can significantly improve the insomnia symptoms of patients,and should be vigorously promoted.
