基于DDR型独立通道式能信耦合线圈设计

摘要 为减小能量信息传输的相互干扰,此处设计了一种独立通道式能信耦合方案,能量传输磁耦合线圈基于DD线圈,信息传输磁耦合线圈基于独立双匝矩形线圈以实现磁场解耦,减小串扰。DD线圈抗偏移性能好;双匝矩形线圈体积小、高频特性稳定、谐振回路设计简单。通过Ansys有限元仿真软件进行DDR耦合线圈仿真设计,分析了线圈参数对线圈性能的影响,对信息回路进行设计以实现数据的完整快速传输。最后搭建实验平台实现了在传输距离为15 cm的情况下,功率传输效率为92%,输出功率为5 kW的大功率实验。 In order to reduce the mutual interference of energy and information transmission,an independent channel type energy and information coupling scheme is designed,where the energy transmission magnetic coupling coil is based on a DD coil and the information transmission magnetic coupling coil is based on an independent double-turn rectangular coil to achieve magnetic field decoupling and reduce crosstalk.DD coil has good anti-migration perfor-mance,double-turn rectangular coil has small volume,stable high frequency characteristic and simple resonant circuit design.The design of DDR coupling coil is simulated by Ansys finite element simulation software,and the influence of the coil parameters on the coil performance is analyzed,and the information loop is designed to realize the complete and fast data transmission.Finally,the experimental platform is built,a high-power experiment with a power transmis-sion efficiency of 92%and an output power of 5 kW at a transmission distance of 15 cm is achieved.
