高增益准Delta源耦合电感DC/DC变换器

High Gain Quasi-Delta Source Coupled Inductor DC/DC Converter

提出了一种输入输出共地、输入电流连续的高增益准Delta源DC/DC变换器。在准Y源网络的基础上,重新设计三绕组耦合电感的绕组连接方式。所提准Delta源DC/DC变换器与准Y源DC/DC变换器相比,在相同耦合电感绕组系数的情况下实现了更强的升压能力,在更小的直通占空比范围内实现了高电压增益。对准Delta源DC/DC变换器进行了理论分析,并搭建了100 W的样机验证理论分析的有效性。

A high gain quasi-Delta source DC/DC converter with input and output common ground and continuous input current is proposed.The quasi-Y source network is transformed into a quasi-Delta source network by changing the connection mode of the three-winding coupled inductance.Compared with the quasi-Y source DC/DC converter,the proposed quasi-Delta source DC/DC converter achieves a stronger boost capability under the same coupled inductor winding coefficient,and high voltage gain is achieved in a smaller shoot-through duty cycle range.The theoretical analysis is carried out on the quasi-Delta source DC/DC converter,and a 100 W prototype is built to verify the validity of the theoretical analysis.
