无创呼吸机治疗特发性肺间质纤维化合并感染的临床疗效探讨

摘要 目的探讨无创呼吸机用于特发性肺间质纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,IPF)合并感染患者的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2018年1月—2023年3月云南省昭通市第一人民医院收治的70例IPF合并感染患者的临床资料,基于“简单随机化方法”分组处理,划分为对照组(予以常规对症治疗)与观察组(加用无创呼吸机治疗),各35例。对比两组肺功能指标、血气指标、生命体征指标、住院时间。结果治疗后,两组肺功能指标均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血气指标均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者心率、呼吸频率、平均动脉压较之前均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间(12.85±3.54)d明显短于对照组的(19.84±5.74)d,差异有统计学意义(t=6.132,P<0.05)。结论IPF合并感染患者治疗中辅助无创呼吸机,可取得确切疗效,有效改善血气指标,提高肺功能,以缩短病程,提高预后。 Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of non-invasive ventilation for patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)complicated with infection.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with IPF co infection admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zhaotong City,Yunnan Province from January 2018 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed as the research subjects.Based on the"simple randomization method",they were divided into a control group(receiving routine symptomatic treatment)and an observation group(receiving non-invasive ventilation treatment),with 35 patients in each group.Compare the lung function indicators,blood gas indicators,vital signs indicators,and hospital stay between the two groups.Results After treatment,the lung function indicators of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood gas indicators of both groups of patients were significantly improved,and the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate,respiratory rate,and mean arterial pressure of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared to before,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group(12.85±3.54)days was significantly shorter than that of the control group(19.84±5.74)days,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.132,P<0.05).Conclusion Assisting non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of IPF patients with infection can achieve precise curative effect,effectively improve blood gas indicators and improve lung function,so as to shorten the course of the disease and improve the prognosis.
