基于血清炎症因子变化观察胶尖填充iRootSP糊剂与根管填充环氧树脂类糊剂治疗牙髓病及根尖周炎疗效

Observation on the Efficacy of iRootSP Glue Tip Filling Paste and Root Canal Filling Epoxy Resin Paste in the Treatment of Endodontic Disease and Apical Periodontitis Based on Changes in Serum Inflammatory Factors

目的探究基于血清炎症因子变化观察胶尖填充iRootSP糊剂与根管填充环氧树脂类糊剂治疗牙髓病及根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法随机选取2022年1月—2023年6月于暨南大学附属口腔医院接受治疗的牙髓病及根尖周炎患者80例作为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者采用根管填充环氧树脂类糊剂治疗,观察组患者采用胶尖填充iRootSP糊剂治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的根管菌落数变化情况,并对两组患者的总有效率、血清炎症因子水平变化情况、疼痛程度进行比较分析。结果治疗后,两组根管菌落数均少于治疗前,且观察组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的白介素-4升高,白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子α、超敏C反应蛋白降低,且均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后3、7、28 d的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用胶尖填充iRootSP糊剂治疗牙髓病及根尖周炎的疗效显著,可减少根管菌落数,减轻炎性反应,缓解疼痛感。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of glue tip filling iRootSP paste and root canal filling epoxy resin paste in the treatment of endodontic disease and apical periodontitis based on changes in serum inflammatory factors.Methods 80 patients with pulp disease and periapical periodontitis who received treatment at the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Jinan University from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group patients were treated with root canal filling epoxy resin paste,while the observation group patients were treated with rubber tip filling iRootSP paste.The changes in root canal bacterial count before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients,and the total effective rate,changes in serum inflammatory factor levels,and degree of pain were compared and analyzed between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the number of root canal bacterial colonies in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group 97.50%was higher than the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).The observation group showed an increase in interleukin-4,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factorαafter treatment,and the hypersensitive C-reactive protein decreased,and was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on days 3,7,and 28 after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of glue tip filling iRootSP paste is effective in treating endodontic disease and apical periodontitis.It can reduce the number of root canal colonies,reduce inflammatory reactions and relieve pain.
