显微镜下斜视矫正术与传统斜视矫正术对斜视的治疗效果评价

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Strabismus Correction under Microscope and Traditional Strabismus Correction on Strabismus

目的探索斜视患者采取不同术式(显微镜下斜视矫正术、传统斜视矫正术)治疗的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2018年6月—2022年12月福建医科大学附属三明市第一医院收治的80例斜视患者的临床资料,遵循随机数字表原则分为两组,各40例,其中对照组施以传统斜视矫正术治疗,观察组施以显微镜下斜视矫正术治疗。分别统计两组临床总有效性、眼表状态指标、视觉模拟量表评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)与相关并发症发生率。结果观察组总有效率为92.50%高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05)。术后7 d,观察组泪膜破裂时间、泪河高度与眼红评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后2、24、72 h以及术后7 d时的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论斜视患者临床治疗采用显微镜下斜视矫正术的整体效果优于传统斜视矫正术,术后疼痛程度轻,并发症风险低,有利于眼表状态的改善。

Objective To explore the clinical value of different surgical procedures(microscopic strabismus correction and traditional strabismus correction)for patients with strabismus.Methods Retrospectively analysed of the clinical data of 80 patients with strabismus admitted to the First Hospital of Sanming City,Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2018 to December 2022.Following the principle of a random number table,they were divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.The control group received traditional strabismus correction surgery,while the observation group received strabismus correction surgery under a microscope.Calculated the total clinical efficacy,eye surface status indicators,Visual Analog Scale(VAS),and incidence of related complications for both groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%higher than that of the control group 72.50%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,the TBUT,tear river height,and redness score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group at 2 h,24 h,72 h and 7 days after surgery were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall effect of microscopic strabismus correction in the clinical treatment of patients with strabismus is better than that of traditional strabismus correction.The postoperative pain is mild and the risk of complications is low.It is conducive to the improvement of the ocular surface condition.
