依折麦布联合不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Ezetimibe Combined with Different Doses of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)治疗中应用依折麦布联合不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的效果。方法随机选取2021年7月—2023年4月赤峰松山医院诊治的冠心病患者90例,实施双盲法进行分组处理,将患者分成比较组(45例)和研究组(45例),在常规治疗的基础上,对全部患者应用依折麦布治疗,比较组加用20 mg/次阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,研究组加用40 mg/次阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对比组间治疗效果、血脂指标、心功能、血液流变学指标、不良反应。结果研究组临床有效率为97.78%,相比于比较组82.22%较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035);治疗后,研究组血脂指标、心功能、血液流变学指标均优于比较组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予冠心病患者依折麦布联合大剂量阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,不但不会增加不良反应,还能够提高临床疗效,优化血脂水平,促进心功能恢复,优化血液流变学指标。

Objective To explore the effect of ezetimibe combined with different doses of atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(referred to as coronary heart disease).Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed and treated in Chifeng Songshan Hospital from July 2021 to April 2023 were randomly selected and grouped using a double-blind method.The patients were divided into a comparison group(45 cases)and a study group(45 cases).On the basis of conventional treatment,all patients were treated with ezetimibe.The comparison group was additionally treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg each time,and the study group was additionally treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets 40 mg each time.Compare the treatment effects,blood lipid indicators,cardiac function,hemorrheology indicators,and adverse reactions between groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was 97.78%,which was higher than the comparison group's 82.22%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035).After treatment,the blood lipid indicators,cardiac function,and hemorheological parameters of the study group were better than those of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with coronary heart disease with ezetimibe combined with high-dose atorvastatin calcium tablets will not only increase adverse reactions,but also improve clinical efficacy,optimize blood lipid levels,promote cardiac function recovery,and optimize hemorrheology indicators.
