散结镇痛胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Sanjie Analgesic Capsule Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Adenomyosis

目的分析散结镇痛胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果。方法方便选取2021年1月—2022年12月江苏省兴化市中医院收治的82例子宫腺肌症患者,按数表法分成相等例数的两组,各41例。对照组:米非司酮治疗;观察组:散结镇痛胶囊联合米非司酮治疗。对比两组具体治疗情况。结果观察组总有效率(97.56%)高于对照组(78.05%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.289,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的痛经评分、糖类抗原125、肿瘤坏死因子-α及血管内皮生长因子表达均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论散结镇痛胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌症,可减轻痛经程度,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Sanjie Analgesic Capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods 82 cases of adenomyosis patients admitted to Xinghua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jiangsu Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected.They were divided into two groups with equal number of cases according to the numerical table method,each with 41 cases.Control group:treatment with mifepristone;observation group:treatment with Sanjie Analgesic Capsules combined with mifepristone.Compared the specific treatment conditions of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.56%)was higher than that of the control group(78.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.289,P<0.05).After treatment,the dysmenorrhea score,carbohydrate antigen 125,tumor necrosis fact-αand vascular endothelial growth factor expression in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sanjie Analgesic Capsule combined with mifepristone can reduce the degree of dysmenorrhea in the treatment of adenomyosis and is worthy of clinical application.
