沙滩椅体位干预联合复合保温护理对肩关节镜手术患者的影响

Effect of Beach Chair Postural Intervention Combined with Composite Thermal Insulation Nursing on Shoulder Arthroscopic Surgery Patients

目的探究肩关节镜手术患者应用沙滩椅体位干预联合复合保温护理的临床效果。方法方便选取2021年1月—2022年12月莆田市第一医院收治的肩关节镜手术患者190例进行研究,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组95例。对照组采取沙滩椅体位干预、研究组联合应用沙滩椅体位干预、复合保温护理,对比两组患者应激指标水平、睡眠质量评分、日常生活能力评分、生活质量评分、认知功能、肩功能评分、疼痛评分、热舒适度评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组睡眠质量及日常生活能力评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素水平小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组认知功能、肩关节功能、疼痛、热舒适度评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(1.05%)低于对照组的9.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.756,P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙滩椅体位干预+复合保温护理用于肩关节镜手术中,效果显著,可广泛应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying beach chair postural intervention combined with composite thermal insulation nursing for shoulder arthroscopy patients.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,190 patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopic surgery in the First Hospital of Putian City were conveniently selected for study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 95 cases in each group.The control group was treated with beach chair posture intervention,and the study group was combined with beach chair posture intervention and compound heat preservation nursing.The stress index level,sleep quality score,daily living ability score,quality of life score,cognitive function,shoulder function score,pain score,thermal comfort score,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of patients of two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of sleep quality and daily living ability in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of norepinephrine and epinephrine in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cognitive function,shoulder joint function,pain and thermal comfort in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 1.05%,which was lower than that in the control group(9.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.756,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Beach chair postural intervention+composite thermal insulation care is used in shoulder arthroscopic surgery,the effect is remarkable and can be widely used.
