耳尖放血结合揿针治疗眩晕(肝阳上亢型)的临床研究

Clinical Study on Ear Tip Bloodletting Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Vertigo(Liver Yang Hyperactivity Type)

目的探讨耳尖放血加揿针治疗眩晕(肝阳上亢型)患者的临床效果。方法随机选取2021年3月—2023年2月高密市中医院收治的120例肝阳上亢型眩晕患者为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为对照组与治疗组,各60例。对照组进行常规基础治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上联合应用耳尖放血结合揿针治疗。评价两组治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为86.67%,比对照组的70.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.910,P<0.05)。治疗3个疗程后,治疗组跌倒趋势、颠簸感、摇晃感、眩晕感评分均比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个疗程后,治疗组基底动脉、右椎动脉、左椎动脉评分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳尖放血结合揿针的应用,对改善肝阳上亢型眩晕患者的血流动力学、减轻其临床症状作用显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ear tip bloodletting and acupuncture in the treatment of patients with vertigo(liver yang hyperactivity type).Methods 120 patients with liver yang hyperactivity type dizziness admitted to Gaomi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine basic treatment;the treatment group was treated with a combination of ear tip bleeding and pressing needle therapy on the basis of the control group.Evaluated the therapeutic effects of both groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.910,P<0.05).After three courses of treatment,the treatment group had lower scores for fall tendency,jolting sensation,shaking sensation,and dizziness compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After three courses of treatment,the scores of the basilar artery,right vertebral artery,and left vertebral artery in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ear tip bloodletting combined with acupuncture has a significant effect on improving hemodynamics and alleviating clinical symptoms in patients with vertigo caused by excessive liver yang.
