矿山排土场不同堆排方式下边坡稳定性研究

摘要 排土场边坡稳定性直接影响矿山工人生命财产安全。结合极限平衡解析法与数值模拟分析法,推导分析矿山排土场安全系数与不同堆排工艺边坡稳定性。研究表明:①排土场边坡潜在滑移面可用对数螺旋曲线函数表示,排土场边坡失稳破坏面可分为3段式,上部拉张段、中部主滑段、下部挤压段;②排土场堆排土边坡倾角越大,排土场边坡安全系数越小,堆排工艺一安全系数最小为0.82,堆排工艺二安全系数最小为0.94,堆排工艺三安全系数最小值为1,堆排工艺四安全系数最小值为1.31;③堆排土边坡粘聚力越大,边坡安全系数越大,堆排工艺一、二、三、四最小安全系数依次为0.8、0.91、0.98、1.08;④堆排土内摩擦角与安全系数呈正相关,内摩擦角越大,堆排土边坡安全系数越大,堆排工艺一、二、三、四条件下边坡最小安全系数分别为0.84、0.96、1.2、1.38;⑤原始斜坡倾角与堆排土边坡安全系数呈负相关,原始斜坡倾角越大,堆排土边坡安全系数越小,堆排工艺一、二、三、四条件下边坡安全系数最小分别为0.74、0.84、0.86、1.02。 The stability of waste dump slopes directly affects the safety of life and property of mining workers.In this paper,the Factor of safety of mine dump and the stability of slopes with different stacking and discharging processes are derived and analyzed by combining the analytical method of limit equilibrium and the numerical simulation analysis method.Through research,it has been shown that:(1)the potential sliding surface of the waste dump slope can be represented by a logarithmic spiral curve function,and the instability and failure surface of the waste dump slope can be divided into three sections:the upper tension section,the middle main sliding section,and the lower compression section;(2)The greater the inclination angle of dump slope,the smaller the Factor of safety of dump slope.The minimum Factor of safety of dump process I is 0.82,the minimum Factor of safety of dump process II is 0.94,the minimum Factor of safety of dump process III is 1,and the minimum Factor of safety of dump process IV is 1.31;(3)The greater the cohesion of the dump slope,the greater the Factor of safety of the slope.The minimum Factor of safety of the dump process I,dump process II,dump process III,dump process IV is 0.8,0.91,0.98,1.08 in turn;(4)The internal friction angle of dump soil is positively correlated with the Factor of safety.The larger the internal friction angle is,the greater the Factor of safety of dump soil slope is.The minimum Factor of safety of slope under the conditions of dump process I,dump process II,dump process III and dump process IV is 0.84,0.96,1.2 and 1.38 respectively;(5)The original slope angle is negatively related to the Factor of safety of the dump slope.The larger the original slope angle is,the smaller the Factor of safety of the dump slope is.Under the conditions of dump process I,dump process II,dump process III,and dump process IV,the minimum Factor of safety of the slope is 0.74,0.84,0.86,and 1.02,respectively.
