径向游隙对全钢轴承和陶瓷球轴承载荷分布和接触应力的影响

Influence of Radial Clearance on Load Distribution and Contact Stress of All-Steel and Ceramic Ball Bearings

摘要 根据接触力学基本原理和滚动轴承设计基本理论给出了轴承载荷分布和接触应力的计算公式,应用滚动轴承载荷分布离散模型,通过编程求解轴承的载荷分布和接触应力。并以某电动机用深沟球轴承为例,计算不同径向游隙时全钢轴承和陶瓷球轴承的载荷分布和接触应力,结果表明:径向游隙对全钢轴承和陶瓷球轴承载荷分布的影响规律相似;在相同载荷下,陶瓷球和钢球的接触应力大小与轴承径向游隙密切相关,且存在最优径向游隙值。 According to basic principle of contact mechanics and basic theory for design of rolling bearings,the formulas are given for calculating the load distribution and contact stress of the bearings,and the load distribution and contact stress of the bearings are solved by programming using discrete model of rolling bearing load distribution.Taking deep groove ball bearings for a motor as examples,the load distribution and contact stress of all-steel and hybrid ceramic bearings with different radial clearances are calculated.The results show that the influence law of radial clearance on load distribution of all-steel and hybrid ceramic bearings is similar;under same load,the contact stress is closely related to radial clearance of hybrid ceramic bearings and all-steel bearings,and there is an optimal radial clearance value.
