圆柱滚子轴承实体保持架加工工艺改进

摘要 针对圆柱滚子轴承40CrNiMoA实体保持架加工工艺中未进行锻件内部缺陷检测,铣外台阶爪后经常出现台阶爪厚度差不合格,拉方孔后保持架单一平面内、外径变动量超差的问题,提出以下改进措施:在粗车成型后增加水浸超声探伤工序;将铣外台阶爪改为磨外台阶爪,增加均磨两平面工序,将终车内径面改为磨内径面;将拉方孔安排在终磨外径面、磨内径面、车外台阶之前;并对部分工装及加工参数进行了限定。实际加工表明,改进后工艺可显著提高保持架加工精度,满足加工需求。 In view of the problem that the internal defects in forgings are not detected during processing of original 40CrNiMoA cylindrical roller bearing solid cages,the thickness difference of step claws is often unqualified after milling outer step claws,and the variation of inner and outer diameters of cages in a single plane is out of tolerance after pulling square hole,the following improvement measures are put forward:adding water-immersion ultrasonic testing procedure after rough turning;changing milling outer step claw to grinding outer step claw,adding two-plane uniform grinding processes,changing final turning inner diameter surface to grinding inner diameter surface;arranging pulling square hole before final grinding outer diameter surface,grinding inner diameter surface and turning outer step;limiting some tooling and processing parameters.The actual processing shows that the improved process can significantly improve the processing accuracy of cages and meet the processing requirements.
