摘要
针对传统电磁无心夹具和双滚轮夹具不能满足微型抗磁轴承非铁磁性材料套圈外表面加工需求的问题,结合现有磨床设计了端面压紧机构,实现了代替电磁线圈产生轴向力的目标,并详细介绍了端面压紧机构以及各部件功能。采用端面压紧机构磨削加工的轴承小外径面和端面各项指标均满足技术要求,验证了该机构在抗磁轴承套圈磨削过程中的可行性、可靠性,且新方案缩短了工艺流程,降低了加工难度、劳动强度及废品率,提高了生产效率。
In response to the problem that the traditional electromagnetic centerless fixtures and double roller fixtures cannot meet the processing requirements for outer surface of non-ferromagnetic rings of miniature anti-magnetic bearings,an end face pressing mechanism is designed based on existing grinders,achieving the goal of replacing the electromagnetic coil to generate axial force.The mechanism and the functions of each component are introduced in detail.The various indexes of small outer diameter surface and end face of the bearings ground by the mechanism meet the technical requirements,verifying the feasibility and reliability of the mechanism during grinding of the bearing rings.The new scheme shortens the process flow,reduces the processing difficulty and labor intensity,reduces the scrap rate and improves the production efficiency.
