大尹格庄金矿全尾砂自流输送试验研究

摘要 大尹格庄金矿为全面推广全尾砂充填工艺,需测定全尾砂充填料浆的自流输送参数,通过流变仪只能测定低浓度料浆,还需进一步测定高浓度料浆的参数。借助环形管道输送系统,共进行全尾砂、灰砂比1∶6和灰砂比1∶10三个高浓度关键组方的12组输送试验,获取了各组方流变参数。综合流变仪和环管测定结果,计算出各类料浆的最大允许充填倍线,分别确定了新增1、2号矿体充填管路各类型充填料浆的最大充填浓度,为现场工业试验提供了依据。 To fully promote the full tailings filling process,Dayingezhuang gold mine needs to measure the self-flow transport parameters of the full tailings filling slurry.The low-concentration slurry can be measured by the rheometer,but the parameters of the high concentration slurry need to be further measured.With the help of the annular pipeline transportation system,a total of 12 groups of transportation tests were carried out for three key components with high concentration,namely,full tailings,lime sand ratio 1∶6 and lime sand ratio 1∶10,and the rheological parameters of each component were obtained.Based on the results of the rheometer and loop tube measurement,the maximum allowable filling multiple lines of all kinds of the slurry was calculated,and the maximum filling concentration of each type of filling slurry for the new filling pipeline of No.1 and No.2 ore bodies in the mine was determined respectively,which provided a basis for the field industrial test.
