优质早稻新品种隆科早1号的选育及高产高效栽培技术 被引量:1

The Breeding of High-Quality Early-Season Rice Variety Longkezao1 and Cultivation Techniques of High-Yielding and High-Efficiency

摘要 隆科早1号是袁隆平农业高科技股份有限公司用中嘉早17(原名04YK-17)/中优早12(原代号HY12)F_1作母本,用2963(中嘉早1号/湘早143)F_(10)作父本杂交,通过系谱法选育结合分子标记聚合优异基因,选育而成的优质早中熟早稻品种。该品种全生育期110.5 d,平均产量为7 106 kg/hm^(2),苗期耐寒性好、抗倒伏性强、中感稻瘟病、感白叶枯病、高感白背飞虱,米质好。阐述了该品种的选育经过、区试表现、特征特性及高产栽培技术。 Longkezao1 was a high quality and medium growth period early-season conventional rice variety which was bred by Yuan Longping High-Tech Agriculture Company Limited,through combination of method and molecular marker-assisted breeding,with the F_1 generation of the cross between Zhongjiazao 17(former name:04YK-17)/Zhongyouzao 12(former name:HY12)and the F_(10)generation of the cross between Zhongjiazao1/Xiangzao 143(2963),which the former was employed as the male and the latter as the female.The whole growth period of Longkezao 1 was 110.5 days,and its average yield of regional trails was 7106 kg/hm^(2).The variety had strong cold-tolerance at seedling stage,strong lodging-resi-stance,medium sensitivity to rice blast,and was sensitivity to bacterial leaf blight,high sensitivity to white-backed planthopper and high quality.In this paper,we introduced the detailed information about the breeding procedure,regional test performances,properties and characteristics of the variety.The set of recommended practical high yield cultivation techniques for the variety were also elucidated.
