三头摩拉水牛公牛冻精后代初生重与繁殖性能分析

摘要 本研究收集了三头摩拉水牛公牛冻精2000-2015年间所有雌性后代F1、F2代的活力、初生重、初产月龄、不同胎次产犊间隔数据,对其进行比较分析,以期为公牛选育和配种计划制定提供数据参考。结果显示,三头公牛后代活力、产犊间隔差异不显著,F1代初生重、初产月龄差异显著,其中B50后代初生重显著高于其他公牛,B36后代初产月龄显著小于其他公牛,B40后代初生重显著低于其他两头公牛,初产月龄显著大于其他两头公牛。可以得出,公牛B50后代初生重较高、初产月龄小,可以作为配种首选。 In this study,the data of progeny vigor,birth weight,first birth age and calving interval of different birth times of all female offspring F1 and F2 of frozen semen of three Murra buffalo bulls from 2000 to 2015 were collected and analyzed in order to provide data reference for bull breeding and breeding plan.The results showed that there was no significant difference in progeny vigor and calving interval among the three bulls,but there were significant differences in birth weight and first birth age in F1 generation.Among them,the birth weight of B50 progeny was significantly higher than that of other bulls,the first birth age of B36 progeny was significantly lower than that of other bulls,the birth weight of B40 progeny was significantly lower than that of the other two bulls,and the first birth age was significantly higher than that of the other two bulls.The progeny of B50 bull has higher birth weight and younger age of first birth,so it can be used as the first choice for breeding.
