Higher Vocational Teachers’Growth in the New Era:Ideological Upgrading and Path Selection

在新的时代背景下,产业学院建设校企深度融合、“双高计划”迅速落地实施、人工智能等信息技术赋能教育变革,教师的发展也面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。文章从新时代的教育变革出发,剖析高职教师应具备的核心素养,分别从愿景论、生态论、组织论等视角提出高职教师发展的新思路。

In the new context of the era,the development of teachers is also faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges with the deep school-enterprise integration,the rapid implementation of"double high plan",and the reform of artificial intelligence and other information technology.Starting from the educational reform in the new era,this paper analyzes the core qualities that higher vocational teachers should have,and puts forward new ideas for the development of higher vocational teachers from the perspectives of vision theory,ecology theory and organization theory.
