芳香疗法在脑卒中患者中应用的范围综述

Review of the Scope of the Application of Aromatherapy in Stroke Patients

目的系统分析芳香治疗在脑卒中患者中应用的相关研究,整理芳香治疗的具体内容、结局指标和应用效果,以期为医护人员开展相关干预提供参考。方法根据范围综述的研究方法,计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、CochraneLi-brary、PubMed、Embase等国内外数据库,检索时限为建库至2022年11月28日。对纳入文献进行筛选、汇总和分析。结果共纳入14篇文献,其中12篇为随机对照试验、1篇为类实验研究、1篇为定性研究。芳香治疗对治疗脑卒中患者的不良情绪、生活质量、睡眠质量和疼痛具有积极意义。结论芳香疗法安全有效,但仍面临诸多挑战。未来需更多高质量研究,制订规范统一的评价体系,设计科学、严谨和个性化的脑卒中患者芳香治疗方案。

Objective To systematically analyze the relevant research on the application of aromatherapy in stroke patients,identify the specific content,outcome indicators and application effects of aromatherapy,and provide reference for medical staff to carry out relevant interventions.Methods According to the research method of the scope review,the computer searches the domestic and foreign databases such as CNKI,Wanfang database,Vip database,China Biomedical Literature Database,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,etc.The search time limit is from the establishment of the database to November 28,2022.The included documents were screened,summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 14 articles were included,including 12 randomized controlled trials,1 category experimental study and 1 qualitative study.Aromatherapy therapy has positive significance on the bad mood,quality of life,sleep quality and pain of stroke patients.Conclusion Aromatherapy is safe and effective,but it still faces many challenges.In the future,more high-quality studies are needed to develop standardized and unified evaluation systems,and to design scientific,rigorous and personalized aromatherapy programs for stroke patients.
