摘要
心房颤动(房颤)是临床上最常见的心律失常,严重影响患者生命健康及生活质量。目前房颤发生机制尚未完全阐明,研究表明免疫系统在房颤发生过程中被激活,参与心房重塑过程,并由此提出“电免疫学”的概念。现就免疫细胞电生理特性、免疫细胞与心肌细胞互作、免疫系统异常活动在房颤中的作用及机制进行系统综述。
Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common arrhythmia in clinic,which seriously affects the health and quality of life of patients.At present,the mechanism of AF has not been fully elucidated.Studies have shown that the immune system is activated during the occurrence of AF and participate in the process of atrial remodeling,thus putting forward the concept of“Electroimmunology”.This article systematically reviews the electrophysiological properties of immune cells,the interaction between immune cells and cardiomyocytes,and the role and mechanism of abnormal activities of the immune system in AF.
