高校学生党员教育工作方式的创新实践

新时代创新高校学生党员教育工作方式是全面从严治党的内在要求,在高校学生党员教育工作中实行项目化管理是一种科学、系统、实效的教育实践方法。从高校学生党员培养教育的目的性、长效性出发,以系列项目的形式对不同阶段的党员开展不同层次的教育实践活动。项目化管理模式体现了唯物辩证法的联系思维、过程思维和创新思维,可以全面提高高校基层党建工作的科学化水平。以分层化结合项目化,确立带头人,明确目标,细化标准,以学生为主体,注重过程,考核结果。

It is the requirement of strict party discipline to innovate the education of college student party member in the new era.Project management is a scientific,systematic and effective way of education.It starts from the purpose and long-term effectiveness of the education.A series of educational practice activities are carried out at different levels for party members at different stages in the form of a series of projects.The project management mode reflects the connection thinking,process thinking and innovative thinking of materialistic dialectics.It can comprehensively improve the scientific level of the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities.With stratification and project orientation,we should establish leaders,clarify goals,refine standards,take students as the main body,and pay attention to the process and assessment results.
