乡村振兴背景下大学生村干部的角色塑造与路径优化研究——基于湖北赤壁的调查

Role Shaping and Path Optimization of College Student Village Cadres under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Based on the Survey in Chibi City,Hubei Province

大学生村干部的角色塑造是指大学生离开高校进入农村基层工作到成长为成熟型村干部的角色实践过程或者村干部进入高校的角色提升过程。通过深入实地调研,探析大学生村官政策、“一村多名大学生”政策和选调生政策的实践过程,发现大学生村干部的角色塑造面临的主要问题包括角色激励不足、角色规范不强、角色距离不近和角色扮演不真等,据此提出完善大学生村干部角色塑造的优化路径是提高工作待遇,优化工作环境,增加角色激励;动员高校与乡村两级,加大培养力度,增强角色规范;合理分配岗位,发挥人才优势,拉近角色距离;找准角色定位,提升自身修养,强化角色扮演。以期促进大学生村干部的角色塑造,从而为乡村振兴提供人才支撑。

The role shaping of college student village cadres refers to college graduates working as village cadres.Through research on the implementation of the policy,it is found that the major problems are insufficient role motivation,weak role regulation,inappropriate role distance and inauthentic role play,etc.An path to improve the role shaping of college student village cadres is proposed,which is to improve the working treatment,optimize the working environment and increase the role incentive;mobilize the university and village levels to improve the cultivation and enhance the regulation;reasonably allocate the positions,leverage the advantages in talents and make cadres and the masses closer;play the right,improve their self-cultivation and strengthen the role play,so as to provide talent support for rural revitalization.
