摘要
文章抛开病人需求可预测和风险中性的假设,考虑到设备2服务两种不同病人类型带来的单位收益大小关系待定,针对不同病人类型的需求以及到达信息不可预知的特点,从在线策略与竞争分析的角度,分两种不同情形设计在线预约策略,并证明策略的最优竞争比.通过数值算例将在线预约策略与最优预约调度策略进行对比,指出两种方法各有其适用环境.在线理论与收益管理相结合,显示两个特点:设备容量有限;目标是最大限度地提高总收入.
The article sets aside the assumptions of predictable patient demand and risk neutrality,and takes into account the uncertain relationship between the unit benefits brought by two different patient types served by Device 2.Then,we take the uncertainty of demand and arrival process of patients into account and design appointment policies for two different situations with online reservation strategy and competitive analysis,respectively,and the optimal competitive ratio of the strategy is proved.At last,we contrast the online appointment policy with the optimal appointment scheduling policy by numerical examples,it is pointed out that each method has its own applicable en-vironment.The combination of online theory and revenue management shows two characteristics:equipment capacity is limited;the goal is to maximize total revenue.
