摘要
为了克服非常规油气井“密切割”多级射孔工艺对更多簇数的技术需要,研发了多级射孔多簇电子选发系统,提出并解决了应答电路等的核心技术问题,成功实现了8簇以上的泵送多级射孔施工,保证了安全施工和起爆的成功率,为多簇射孔施工设计与作业提供了良好借鉴。
To address the increased cluster requirements for the“close-cut”multi-stage perforation process in unconventional oil and gas wells,a multi-stage perforation and multi-cluster electronic selective firing system was developed.Core technical challenges,including the response circuit,were identified and addressed.Successful execution of the multi-stage pump-down perforation with over 8 clusters has been accomplished,ensuring both safe operations and a high success rate of detonation.This study offers valuable insights for the programming and operation of multi-cluster perforating jobs.
