摘要
重建井筒压裂面临老缝亏空、地层能量不足,近井多裂缝、漏失大、加砂困难,套管内径小、压裂摩阻高等施工难点。为此,针对性开发出一种交联可控低伤害胍胶压裂液体系,经实验室研究证明,该体系具有良好的延迟交联性能、携砂性及耐温耐剪切性,交联时间30s~400s可控,在160℃条件下170s^(-1)剪切120min后,粘度>50mPa·s。该体系成功应用于涪陵重复压裂施工,各项性能优异,应用效果突出。
Refracturing of wellbore faces challenges such as old fracture voids,insufficient formation energy,multiple fractures near the well,large leak-offs,difficulty in sand loading,small casing inner diameter,and high fracturing friction.In response,a controlled-crosslinking,low-damage guar gel fracturing fluid system was developed.Laboratory research has proven that this system possesses excellent delayed crosslinking performance,sand-carrying capability,and resistance to temperature and shearing.Its crosslinking time is controllable between 30s to 400s.After being sheared at 170s-1 for 120 minutes under 160℃,its viscosity remains over 50mPa.s.The system has been successfully applied in the Fuling refracturing operations,exhibiting superior performance with outstanding application results.
