使用连续液面监测促油井节能降耗 被引量:1

Utilizing Continuous Fluid Level Monitoring to Promote Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction in Oil Wells

摘要 目前江汉油区的油井动液面测试仍采用传统的测试工测试计算出该井动液面的方式,对于正常生产油井一般是上下旬各测一次动液面,不能做到连续油井连续动液面监测,未能实时掌握油井地层的供液状况,特别是对于间歇出液的油井因未进行合理的调整其生产制度和优化生产参数导致其吨液耗电偏大、提升耗电量偏高,所以急需研制投用一种能快捷安装在井口实时连续监测动液面的仪器,通过在不同类型的油井上进行动液面监测试验,证明该监测仪器动液面测试技术先进、实用性强、监测范围广,投入使用后能大幅度降低油井举升能耗,实现油田高效开发的目的。 Currently,the dynamic fluid level testing in oil wells in the Jianghan oil field still employs the conventional method with field engineers measuring the dynamic fluid level.For regular oil well production,the dynamic fluid level data is typically measured once in the first half and once in the second half of the month.This approach does not achieve continuous monitoring of the dynamic fluid level in the oil well,making it difficult to understand the real-time fluid deliverability of the strata.Especially for oil wells with intermittent fluid deliverability,not making timely adjustments to their production regime and optimizing production parameters leads to excessive power consumption per ton of fluid and higher lifting electricity consumption.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop and utilize a device that can be quickly installed at the wellhead for real-time continuous monitoring of the dynamic fluid level.By conducting dynamic fluid level monitoring on different types of oil wells,it's proven that the monitoring device offers advanced and practical testing technology with a wide range of applications.Once implemented,it can significantly reduce the lifting energy consumption of oil wells,achieving the goal of efficient oil field development.
