摘要
目前一体化生活污水处理装置存在出水水质不稳定、运维成本高、设备配套选择复杂及运输困难等难点。针对技术难点,优选“A2O+MBR膜”工艺处理生活污水,优化装置尺寸及安全防护措施,满足井场生活污水处理要求。综合评价井场一体化生活污水处理装置具有良好的经济与社会效益,具有可观的应用前景。
Currently,the integrated wastewater treatment unit faces challenges such as unstable water deliverability,high operation and maintenance costs,complex equipment selection,and transportation difficulties.Addressing these technical challenges,the“A2O+MBR membrane”process was selected for domestic wastewater treatment.The size of the unit and safety protection measures were optimized to meet the wastewater treatment requirements at the drilling site.A comprehensive assessment shows that the integrated wastewater treatment unit at the drilling site delivers significant environmental and economic benefits,as well as social advantages.It provides an environmental foundation for the smooth progress of oil and gas exploration and development and has a promising application perspective for the treatment of domestic wastewater at drilling sites.
