产教深度融合要求高职院校关注人才的应用价值,保证最终培育的人才可以在对应行业领域中发挥自身力量,尽快适应行业环境。因此,高职院校应该结合区域产业发展情况优化设计内部专业,积极跟校外企业进行合作沟通,形成产教合力。在实践中,应精准定位人才培养目标,创新产教融合资源配置;全面推行“1+X”证书模式;构建完善的人才评价体系。

The deep integration of industry and education requires vocational colleges to focus on the applied value of talents,ensuring that the cultivated talents can play their roles in the corresponding industrial fields and quickly adapt to the industry environment.Therefore,vocational colleges should optimize the design of their specialties based on regional industrial development,actively communicate and cooperate with external enterprises,and form a joint force of industry and education.In practice,the training goals should be precisely positioned,innovative resource allocation for the integration of industry and education should be encouraged,the“1+X”certificate model should be fully implemented,and a comprehensive talent evaluation system should be established.
