摘要
针对基础病害导致无砟轨道几何形位偏差远超过当前扣件调整能力的问题,对客货共线线路60 kg/m钢轨用弹条Ⅶ型扣件提出了增加钢轨高低位置、左右位置调整量的技术措施。在既有弹条Ⅶ型扣件基础上,通过增设铁挡肩、增设缓冲垫板、重新设计轨距挡板、重新设计轨距挡板下调高垫板、增加T形螺栓规格,可实现钢轨调高量0~+81 mm;通过增加绝缘轨距块规格、重新设计轨距挡板、更换弹条Ⅸ型扣件的W8型弹条,可实现单股钢轨左右位置调整量±10 mm。对扣件的组装静刚度、组装扣压力、钢轨纵向阻力、组装疲劳性能进行了测试试验,结果表明,各项性能均满足技术及线路运营要求。
In response to the problem that the geometric deviation of ballastless track caused by basic diseases,which exceeds the current adjustment capacity of fasteners,technical measures have been proposed to increase the adjustment amount of the high and low positions and left and right positions of the 60 kg/m rail typeⅦfastening system for mixed passenger and freight railway.On the basis of the existing typeⅦfastening system,by adding an iron shoulder and a buffer pad,redesigning the gauge plate and the shim under the gauge plate,and adding T-bolt specifications,the height adjustment of the steel rail can be achieved by 0~+81 mm.By increasing the specifications of insulators,redesigning gauge plate,and replacing the W8 type bar-spring clip with ModelⅨBar-spring clip,the adjustment of the left and right positions of a single strand steel rail can be achieved by±10 mm.Tests were conducted on the assembly static stiffness,assembly clamping force,rail longitudinal resistance,and assembly fatigue performance of the fasteners.The results showed that all performance met the technical and line operation requirements.
