摘要
以DZⅢ型扣件系统两种不同类型的弹性垫板为研究对象,通过分析两种弹性垫板在运营状态下引起的实测钢轨空间动力响应特征的不同,研究现有弹性垫板动力学设计参数对钢轨运动的影响。结果表明:现有弹性垫板垂向动刚度仅能用于指导钢轨的垂向动位移设计,采用相同动刚度设计指标的两种弹性垫板实测钢轨垂向位移差别仅0.08 mm,但二者振动加速度的频谱差异较大;横向上,两种垫板实测钢轨扭转位移、振动加速度分别相差58.90%、59.93%,钢轨横向位移在一个转向架通过钢轨测点时的位移变化规律分别为先大后小和先小后大,呈现出明显差别,而现有规范中并无相关指标来进行针对性设计。
Taking two different types of elastic pads in the DZⅢtype fastener system as the research object,the measured spatial dynamic response characteristics of rails using the two types of elastic pads under actual operating conditions were analyzed,and the influence of existing dynamic design parameters of the elastic pads on actual rail motion was analyzed.The results show that the vertical dynamic stiffness of the existing elastic pads can only be used to guide the design of vertical dynamic displacement of the rails.The difference in measured rail vertical displacement between two types of elastic pads using the same dynamic stiffness design index is only 0.08 mm,but the spectral results of the vibration acceleration between these two are significantly different.Horizontally,there is a difference of 58.90%and 59.93%in the measured torsional displacement and vibration acceleration of the rails between the two types of pads.The rail lateral displacement when a bogie passes through the rail measurement point changes from first large then small corresponding to one type of elastic pad,to first small then large corresponding to other type,showing a significant difference.However,there are no relevant indicators in the existing specifications for targeted design.
