摘要
面对数字经济时代国际趋势、国内政策和高职教育发展的新形势,教师信息化教学能力的提升成为影响信息技术与教育教学融合创新发展全局的关键,存在着国家标准缺位、教师数据智慧不足、培训体系不健全等主要问题。在职业教育提质培优和类型特色发展的新阶段,通过健全教师信息化教学能力提升的顶层设计、研制出台国家标准、完善“测评—培训—认证”能力提升培训闭环等措施,服务数字经济发展。
Facing the international trend,domestic policy and the new situation of the development of higher vocational education in the era of digital economy,the improvement of teachers'information teaching ability has become the key to the overall development of the integration and innovation of information technology and education.However,there are some major problems,such as the lack of national standards,the insufficient data wisdom of teachers and the imperfect training system.In the new stage of the quality improvement and cultivating excellence of vocational education,this paper serves the development of digital economy by improving the top-level design of teachers'informatization teaching ability,developing and issuing national standards,and improving the"assessment-training-certification"ability to improve the training closed-loop.
