摘要
合成了基于β-环糊精的固相萃取剂,根据固相萃取剂对苯胺类物质的吸附性能,确定β-环糊精和四氟邻苯二甲腈的最好的物质的量的比、干燥方式。通过比表面积、红外、固态核磁共振和电镜扫描对基于β-环糊精的固相萃取剂进行了表征。研究该固相萃取剂吸附苯胺,邻苯二胺,N-乙基苯胺和N,N-二乙基对苯二胺的吸附动力学和重复吸附回收率。
The solid phase extraction agent based on β-cyclodextrin was synthesized.According to the adsorption performance of solid phase extraction agent for aniline,the best material ratio of β-cyclodextrin and tetrafluorophthalonitrile and drying method were determined.The SPE based on β-cyclodextrin was characterized by specific surface area,IR,solid-state NMR and SEM.The adsorption kinetics and recovery of aniline,o-phenylenediamine,N-ethylaniline and N,N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine were studied.
