硫酸铵母液沉淀法除氟及其对结晶影响研究

摘要 本文采用硫酸钙、脱硫灰作除氟剂对硫酸铵母液进行除氟,研究了两种除氟剂除氟效果及其对硫酸铵结晶影响,结果表明,除氟率随除氟剂投加量增大先快速增加,随后逐渐变缓;硫酸钙最佳投加量为6.299 g/L、脱硫灰最佳投加量为12.055 g/L。除氟后母液结晶晶体平均粒径大于原母液结晶晶体,硫酸钙除氟后母液结晶晶体粒径增加最多,原因是产生更多硫酸铵使晶核长大速率加快。除氟前后母液结晶的硫酸铵中均有(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)和(NH_(4))Cl,晶体所含(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)纯度下降,除氟沉淀物所含(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)略有增加。 Adopt the calcium sulphate and FGD residues for fluoride removal.The efficiency and influence of precipitaiton fluoride removal in ammonium sulfate liquid.The following results were obtained.As the addition quantity of fluorine-removal agent,the fluoride removal efficiency increase at primary stages,and become gently at post stages.The optimum addition quantity of calcium sulphate equals 6.299 g/L.The optimum addition quantity of FGD residues equals 12.055 g/L.The average grain diameter of ammonium sulfate after fluoride removal is bigger than original crystal.The grain diameter of ammonium sulfate by calcium sulphate fluoride removal is the biggest.The reason is that more ammonium sulfate make growth rate increasing.Whatever before and after fluoride removal,the ammonium sulfate has(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) and(NH_(4))Cl.The purity of(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)crystal decrease after fluoride removal.The precipitation has more(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4).
