海上油田不同类型杀菌剂对缓蚀剂的性能影响研究

The performance influence of different types of fungicides on corrosion inhibitor in offshore fields

海上油田水处理系统流速快,流程复杂,含有二氧化碳等有害性气体和SRB细菌,对油田生产设施的腐蚀控制^([1])造成影响。为了降低腐蚀速率,油田流程中会加入缓蚀剂控制腐蚀,加入杀菌剂控制SRB等细菌的数量来达到目的。不同类型的杀菌剂对缓蚀剂的性能会有不同的影响,通过高温高压釜失重挂片法来验证不同杀菌剂对缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能影响,在评价条件为:试验温度78℃,水质为海上某油田生产水取样,材质X65,CO_(2)分压/总压=0.2 MPa/1.5 MPa,试验时间72 h,杀菌剂加药浓度为40 mg/L,缓蚀剂加药浓度为55 mg/L,结果表明季磷盐^([2])(THPS)杀菌剂对缓蚀剂缓蚀性能有负面作用,季铵盐^([3])(1227)杀菌剂对缓蚀剂缓蚀性能有促进作用;对加入杀菌剂和缓蚀剂的腐蚀挂片表面进行SEM实验,得到挂片的表面形态,结果表明加入季磷盐(THPS)的金属挂片表面出现腐蚀痕迹,加入季铵盐(1227)杀菌剂金属表面较光亮,腐蚀痕迹不明显。提取生产水中加入吡啶季铵盐缓蚀剂和杀菌剂THPS的钢片表面腐蚀产物进行XRD成分分析,结果表明,腐蚀产物中为铁的氧化物和氢氧化物。
