中空异形二元复合滤棒成型过程中粘接性问题的工艺技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对中空滤棒复合出现粘接不牢、卷接脱棒的问题,研究了中空异形滤棒粘接性的工艺技术,并对三乙酸甘油酯施加量、布带纹理、复合成形纸透气度、水基胶胶量和物理指标、基础棒圆周等因素对滤棒粘结性的影响进行了研究分析。结果表明:中空异形基础滤棒三乙酸甘油酯的施加量在16%左右为宜;复合成形纸建议选低透气度;粘度18000 mPa·s,固含量在30%左右的水基胶既能适应流动性又能减缓渗胶;中空异形基础滤棒的圆周比醋纤基础棒稍大粘接性较好。 Aiming at the problems of weak bonding and uncoupling of hollow filter rods composite,this paper studied the process and technology of the adhesiveness of hollow shaped filter rods,and applies the amount of triacetin,cloth with texture,and the air permeability of the composite forming paper.The influence of water-based glue amount and physical index,basic rod circumference and other factors on the adhesion of filter rods was studied and analyzed.The results showed that the appropriate amount of glycerol triacetate for hollow shaped filter rods was about 16%,low air permeability was recommended for composite forming paper,water-based glue with a viscosity of 18 000 mPa·s and a solid content of about 30% was adapted to fluidity.It also have a lower glue penetration,the circumference of the hollow profiled base rod was slightly larger than that of the cellulose acetate base rod,and the adhesion was better.
