摘要
综述了近年来国内外对污泥的外加生物酶溶胞技术的研究进展,对酶的种类,投加量,处理时间,溶胞机制经行重点分析。此外,强化溶胞过程的关键是破坏污泥絮凝物。本文介绍了几种强化污泥生物酶溶胞的方法,包括多酶复合,投加表面活性剂,络合剂以及超声波与水解酶的联用。
The research progress of sludge cell lysis technology by adding biological enzyme at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed.The types of enzyme,dosage,treatment time and cell lysis mechanism were mainly analyzed.In addition,the key to strengthen the cell lysis process is to destroy the sludge flocs.Several methods of enhancing enzymatic lysis of sludge are introduced,including multi enzyme combination,addition of surfactant,complexing agent and combination of ultrasonic wave and hydrolase.
