摘要
采用气相色谱仪对在某个实验室系统进行密封性试验过程时所用示踪剂六氟化硫测量分析的稳定性和准确性进行分析和讨论。气相色谱分析法是进行物质分离时最常用、最高效的一种方法,但在实际应用过程中,分析结果的准确性和可靠性会受到诸多因素影响。主要从进样方式、待测物质浓度以及仪器基线稳定性方面对数据准确性的影响进行了初步分析。结果表明,采用采样袋六通阀自动进样对示踪剂六氟化硫进行测量分析的精密度要明显低于气体微量进样针手动进样;对待测示踪剂六氟化硫的不同浓度样品采用采样袋六通阀自动进样分析,在浓度为202.0 ppb时精密度最低;仪器基线斜率越低,精密度越低。
Stability and accuracy of data measurement about tracer SF_6(sulfur hexafluorlde) gas can be analyzed and discussed by gas chromatograph in the process of the some lab sealing test in this article.Gas chromatograph analytical method is the most commonly used and the highest analytical efficiency,but in the practical application process,stability and accuracy of data measurement can be effected by a lot of factors.Stability and accuracy of data measurement can be analyze by three aspects such as sampling method,concentration of substance to be measured and instrument baseline stability in this article.The results show that the accuracy is the lowest by six way valve automatic sampling with sampling bag than manual injector with gas micro injection needle.The different concentration samplers of tracer SF_(6) are analyzed by six way valve automatic sampling with sampling bag,degree of precision is minimum in 202.0 ppb point.The baseline slope of instrument is lower,degree of precision is lower.
